Common area cleaning should include: dusting ceiling fans, cleaning doors, sweeping/vacuuming, moping, cleaning base boards, deep cleaning carpet/area rugs/furniture, and dusting, laundry removal/put up, opening windows for airflow, cleaning windows, screens and window sill, clean and polish wood and glass furniture
Bedroom cleaning should include: common area cleaning plus folding, hanging up and ironing laundry, cleaning and organizing draws, changing/washing bed linens and making the bed, dusting appliances and perfume, cleaning mirrors and pictures, general organizing, taking out trash
Kitchen cleaning should include: common area cleaning plus cleaning inside and outside of kitchen cabinets, cleaning refrigerator, disposing of expired food, wiping down appliances, cleaning stove tops microwave and ovens, cleaning sink, taking out kitchen trash, washing, drying and putting up dishes, General organization
bathroom cleaning should include general cleaning plus Cleaning mirrors, scrubbing tub and tiles and grout, washing and replacing shower curtains and liners, taking out the trash, scrubbing toilets, cleaning sink and fixtures, organizing cabinets, restocking supplies, folding towels.
