I am handy capped. for last 20 yrs.I have not seen my spouse in over 30 yrs, I live in Canada. He was incarcerated for aprox. 8 yrs on kidnapping and armed robbery. Regardless I would like to marry again and believe this divorce needs to completed . We had one child together she is 33 yrs old and has seen him once.
